I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect, being close to the Christmas markets, the cathedral, shops, and the beautiful river Rhein. The hotel was also easily accessible from the airport with transport links nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the convenience of the public parking which was just across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some offering views of the river. The bathroom facilities are tidy and well-maintained.
The reception staff could be more helpful and friendly.
