I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect, being close to the Christmas markets, the cathedral, shops, and the beautiful river Rhein. The hotel was also easily accessible from the airport with transport links nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the convenience of the public parking which was just across the street.

The hotel's location in the city center is a major advantage, with the river nearby and plenty of restaurants with outdoor seating for a lively atmosphere in the summer evenings. it is conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some offering views of the river. The bathroom facilities are tidy and well-maintained.
The reception staff could be more helpful and friendly.
